This letter will confirm our arrangements for the field trip to the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on March 27 - 29, 2019. On the following page, please find our planned itinerary for this trip.
The total cost for this field trip will be $475.00 for students and $575.00 for adults. One complimentary space will be included per motor coach. This price is based on 40 paying participants per motor coach and includes round trip transportation via luxury motor coaches, two nights' accommodations at the Music Road Inn (students four to a room – adults two to a room), seven meals as described in the itinerary, all admission costs, a private security guard hired specifically for your group, all taxes and gratuities, and a Travel Store Travel Coordinator to accompany the group.
We would request a deposit of $200.00 per person by October 15, 2018 with the balance due by February 15, 2019. Please see the attached page for information regarding our payment and cancellation policies. Also attached are a preliminary invoice and a list of the corresponding Georgia Standards of Excellence.
